Mainpage of DeskAngel.com has been constructed

After deskangel.com was setup, the mainpage had been absent for a long time and a simply redirecting to .\deskange\index.html instruction was added in the root index.html.

Now, a main page had been setup just now. Although it is simple, the simpleness is what we are looking for!

Pages for deskange, wsizer and oolauncher is already there, and pages for others (minihex, minirun and capslock) will be accessible some days later.
